We studied Vlad The Impaler in history and the legend of Dracula. We had a movie and made vampire coffins! We used Ravensblight.com for that. They are full of Halloween fun and monsters and such!
The kids took quite a while putting them together but the outcome was pretty cool. You pull the string and the vampire comes out of the coffin.
At our party we had scary food and apple bobbing!!
Skyler had been asking to do apple bobbing after seeing it on a movie this week. They had a ton of fun!
We also had a ton of fun creating scary food! Graveyard dirt pudding in mini cauldrons. Fox also made gingerbread cake in chemistry this week. He did it while i was at work so there are no pictures other than this one of the last little piece!

There was actually way more planned but I think the kids are getting sick, honestly they all just wanted to sleep and have been coughing all week. Hopefully it won't get too bad.
