Twice a month Lowe's holds a building clinic for kids. It's free the kids like it so we do it most of the time it is happening. This week was a flapping bat and I will say it took some effort to put him together. There were bendy type pieces for his wings and all , usually it is a straight forward put together kind of thing but he actually required some thought. Every now and then my older daughter will lend her hand at helping so she is there way off to the right playing on the phone after helping Damian with his string. The kids enjoyed themselves. You can google build and grow to check your local Lowe's to see the dates it is a pretty fun activity.
The bats look great! My kids loved the Lowe's days when they were younger, but we never did that one.
